Return and Refund Policy for Sprout & Snooze 1. Statement All items at Sprout & Snooze are custom-made for you upon order, produced specifically based on your requests. As we do not hold stock, each product is created uniquely for each order. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you waive the right to change your mind for both physical and digital products after purchase, except in cases of defect or damage. Please be aware that, other than instances where goods are misprinted, defective, or damaged upon arrival, all orders are final and non-refundable. This policy does not affect your legal rights. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return or refund claim. 2. Unacceptable Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Requests Color Variations: Due to variations in printing processes and materials, slight color differences between the final product and the online mockup may occur. These minor differences are not grounds for a return, and Sprout & Snooze reserves the right to refuse returns based on color discrepancies. Incorrect Shipping Address: We are unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or reshipping for orders with an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before confirming your order. Sizing Issues: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection. Be sure to consult our size chart carefully before placing your order. 3. Acceptable Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Requests Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, you may submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the loss is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of a replacement item. Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: For items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a claim for a replacement or refund. Wrong Size Items: If the size tag on the product or packaging does not match your order, we will accept a return or exchange. 4. General Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility due to delivery issues are eligible for reshipment at the customer’s expense.
